Shipping & Returns


YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO EMAILS FROM US WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER:
  • AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. IT WILL INCLUDE A RECEIPT FOR WHAT WE CHARGED YOU.
  • A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITH TRACKING. WE ONLY SEND AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFO ONCE IT SHIPS.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO:

US ONLY:

We ship our items via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).  

We process orders 3 to 4 times per week. The timeline quotes generating by the shipping companies are estimated once an item ships, not the processing time.  

We apologize, but we are not Amazon and cannot get your order to you the same or the next day. Amazon charges its customers $129 a year to offer same-day or next-day delivery.

CANADA ONLY:

We ship our books via Canada Post. Joey will autograph or dedicate your book and send it to you across Canada.  

We ship hoodies (and our other products) to you via DHL Express. DHL takes 1 to 3 days to reach you. There may be HST or GST taxes due (you can clear the item before its arrival to avoid fees. DHL will charge a $15 fee if it collects the taxes.

INTERNATIONAL:

We ship our items via DHL Express. DHL takes 1-5 days to reach you. There will be duties or taxes due depending on your country.

We do not include shipping and customs duties in the price of our items.  

We cannot quote you shipping or customs charges. You have to build an order for a shipping quote.

We apologize, but we are not in control of any additional charges each country makes.  

SPECIAL NOTE:

The UK has been very aggressive in collecting VAT charges for items arriving from the US. 

Stay You Return Policy

There are a few essential things to keep in mind when returning an item you purchased from us: 

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you bought it.
  • We can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased them.
  • The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition, you received it.
  • All books are non-refundable.
  • We have sales and clearance items. We do not offer refunds for previously purchased items.
  • We do not provide return labels for returns and exchanges.
  • All book sales are final.

SPECIAL NOTE:

  • We ask that you double-check the address you provide with your order. 
  • The address needs to be exact, including any street names, city names, and postal codes.
  • Postal services will return an item addressed incorrectly, which will result in additional shipping fees.
